Once your order is confirmed, please give us 2-3 processing and packaging days.
Once shipped, orders will generally take 5-8 business days (US) and 12-24 days (Rest of the World) to arrive depending on where you live.
Honey Youth ships everything via USPS. We will send you a tracking number as soon as we've shipped.
Please choose USPS Priority Mail shipping, if you would like insurance included in your shipment. USPS covers up to $100 for any lost, damaged, and/or missing packages. However, insurance will not cover packages that has been "delivered."
USPS insurance does not cover any stolen packages. If you feel that your location is an unsafe place for delivery, please do notify us right away so we can add a signature confirmation to your order.
If you live in a gated community, or gated property, please ensure that your property is accessible for your local deliveryman. Any unsuccessful deliveries are not our responsibility. If the package is returned to us, we will attempt to send it again upon your request.

INTERNATIONAL
International shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Price/costs will be determined by location and package weight.
Customers for international orders are responsible for all shipping fees under $200.00, any customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply. Please contact your local customs office regarding your country's custom policies.
The estimated delivery time for international packages varies, but is typically 2-4 weeks
By making payment, you agree Honey Youth will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment

WE DO NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Not happy with your purchase? You have 21 days to return your item from the day your package status says "delivered." You have 3 days to inform us of any damage or defects with your item, with a photo confirmation. So do check your items for any defects as soon as you receive them.
For exchanges we do not hold any inventory. Please make a new order and return the old for a refund.
*Items returned that fall into the categories listed below or fall outside of the policy guidelines for whatever reason may be refused w/out notice:
Any items that have been worn, washed, stained, snugged, tugged, damaged will not be accepted. Items smelling of perfume or detergent, marked with makeup will not be accepted.
All items must be returned with clothing tags still attached, to be accepted.
Shoes must be unworn, sent back in original proper, shipping packaging.
ALL JEWELRY, SWIM, AND UNDERGARMENTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Please note that we check every single item for any defects before we post them up for sale and again before we ship them. You are responsible to check for any defects as soon as you receive your item.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that we believe has been damaged by the customer.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to appear in your bank.
